One of the applicatuon users are trying to to connect to oracle standby database and unable to connect. Write a mail to explain then about they will only be able to connect to primary and not standby at same time. Once standby database is activated in read write mode then only this site will be accessible. Rest all the time the site remains functionals and be in syncntozination with primary database to maintain the high availability
