We are currently in the first week of a scheduled data migration activity. While no issues are anticipated at this stage, we would like to proactively raise a passive case to ensure timely assistance should any issues arise during this period.
This case will be active from Thursday, 19th September, 6:00 AM SGT to Monday, 23rd September, 6:00 PM SGT. Please keep this case open as a precautionary measure in case we require support during the migration process. We will notify you immediately if any challenges occur.
