I wanted to address the recent switchover that was executed based on the application team's request. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the intent behind their request, as they did not actually mean for a switchover to occur.
The DBA team proceeded with the switchover under the assumption that it was an urgent requirement. However, I want to reassure everyone that we managed to address this issue swiftly, ensuring that there will be no impact before the start of APAC business hours and no critical trading impact as a result
