I’ve created this group to streamline communication during the BCM activity. The idea is to have a single channel for real-time coordination, updates, and quick resolution in case anything comes up during the switchover.
Since the switchover is automated, this group will help us stay aligned on progress, track any observations, and ensure smooth execution throughout the event.
