Sonali, could you please take this up from the SRE ownership perspective, review the recurring backup failures, coordinate with the respective teams, and ensure periodic follow-up until closure. The Backup team has also highlighted that a few INCs in the DM queue are getting resolved without complete remediation/action. As the primary owners, we should first review and validate the issue resolution before closing the incidents, ensuring the required work has been completed properly.
There is already well-documented guidance/process available for reference and troubleshooting.
