 If you're finding the default Atlas view a bit difficult to navigate, you can use this alternate List View which closely resembles GSNOW:

🔹 This view allows for:

• Easier navigation

• Opening tickets in a new browser tab, not within the same tab like default Atlas.

• A layout more familiar to GSNOW users.

🛠️ Tip: You can also create custom lists and add them to your Favourites for quicker access.
