Currently, TPAC/TPAI access requests require manual follow-ups with approvers on Microsoft Teams, causing delays when members are busy or unavailable. Requesters often check availability and ping multiple people, leading to time loss and chat clutter. The proposed solution is an automated agent that notifies all eligible approvers in real time via Teams. Available members can quickly review and approve the request directly. Once approved, the request is removed from the queue to avoid duplication. This will reduce unnecessary communication and significantly improve approval turnaround time.
