Additionally, we’ve encountered a similar permission issue on another Postgres server. The server appears to have been rebooted on 03 August, and the file dates align with that event, which makes us suspect this might be related. Although the issues with Postgres and Oracle involve different files, they seem to follow a similar pattern, and this might provide further clues.
Could you kindly review this and let me know your thoughts on the connection between these occurrences?
